Turning digital ads into retail sales, store by store

The Brand

Arden’s Garden is a well known brand in Atlanta, Georgia, built around fresh juices and healthy living. Alongside its own storefronts, the brand had earned shelf space in Publix, a relationship worth protecting and growing, not just maintaining.

The Challenge

Arden’s Garden came to us with one specific, high-stakes goal. They were struggling to sell product in Publix stores in Florida. Soft offline sales don’t just cost revenue, they put shelf space itself at risk. What they needed wasn’t more brand awareness in the abstract. They needed a way to turn digital marketing into real, measurable purchases at specific store locations.

The Strategy

Good On Digital built a Meta ads strategy engineered to move people from the feed to the shelf.

  • Meta ads geo-targeted to Florida built around the specific Publix store locations carrying the product.
  • Multiple rotating offers designed to give shoppers a reason to buy on that trip, not just remember the brand for later.
  • Messaging built for local awareness introducing Arden’s Garden to shoppers who hadn’t tried it yet, right where they were about to shop.
  • Continuous optimization against retail sales data connecting ad performance directly to what was actually moving off the shelf.

The Results

  • A 20% lift in sales at Publix stores across Florida
  • Arden’s Garden retained their shelf space at Publix and extended the retail relationship
  • Proven, repeatable ability to convert digital ad spend into offline retail sales
  • A playbook confident enough to expand into Atlanta stores, then the Midwest and other local and department store markets

Because the Florida campaign worked, we expanded the same approach into Atlanta stores, then helped Arden’s Garden launch into new markets entirely, including the Midwest and additional local and department store retailers. The throughline across all of it: turning digital ad spend
