Good On Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital marketing services including but not limited to paid advertising, creative strategy, website design, and landing page optimization. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website (goodondigital.com) and services.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. Services & Scope

All services provided by Good On Digital are outlined in individual proposals or contracts. Scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees will be explicitly defined in writing prior to the start of any project.

4. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur a fee and may result in paused services until balances are resolved. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, strategies, ad campaigns, and digital assets produced by Good On Digital remain our property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, ad strategies, business processes, client data, and login credentials.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to relevant assets, information, and approvals. Delays in communication or asset delivery may impact timelines and performance.

8. Results & Performance

While we aim to deliver strong results through data-driven strategy and optimization, Good On Digital does not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, leads, or ROAS unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Refunds are not issued for services already performed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Good On Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Shopify, or Webflow. We are not liable for service interruptions or issues arising from these platforms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
